| Introduction | DC is currently a Vice President for SunTrust Mortgage. Previously, he worked for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where he earned the title of #1 loan officer in the company from 1996 to 2003. In 1998 and 1999, he was ranked as the #1 loan officer in the state of Georgia by Mortgage Bankers Association. His talents were also recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine who consistently ranked DC among the top 50 loan officers nationwide. After 2003, DC used his expertise to forecast origination volume based on economic outlook and sales capacity for HomeBanc. He also generated and priced new mortgage products. DC continues to excel at forecasting. His goal is to help his customers achieve their home financing goals; therefore, he earnestly shares his expertise and knowledge to ensure they receive the best advice and get the right loan for their needs. DC also has a remarkable civic record. He has served as City Councilman, City of Alpharetta since 2002. He was on the City of Alpharetta Planning Commission from 2000 to 2002. And, he coached the Holy Innocent’s High School varsity baseball team, leading them to State Champions in 2007. |
