| Introduction | Hi, this is Santanu here and this blog site is an attempt to pen my trekking and travel exploits. Few of my friends say that I am a hopeless character and I believe I am. All the trips were possible due to the enlivening company provided by all my good friends and I would like to dedicate these writings to them. Thank You Folks !! There's lot to write and it would actually take quite a bit of time before I can be up-to-date with my trips. The photograph on the page header shows the Bhagirathi peaks which we were fortunate enough to view during our trek to Gomukh in August 2008. There's another photograph at the bottom of this page where you can see the majestic Himalayan range at sunset. |
