| Introduction | I am 23 and have a severe food obsession. I have struggled with my weight for my whole life, but really in the past several years I have let myself gain TOO much! Join me on my quest for weight loss and health. I know it could take a long time for me to get to where I would like to be and I have a lot standing in my way. I have a hypo-active thyroid; which means that it is REALLY easy to gain weight but REALLY difficult to lose. I need to do this for myself. I am vegetarian/vegan and am on the Joel Fuhrman Eat to Live diet. I am here to be a support and would like you to share your helpful hints and successes with me as well!! HERE WE GO! |
