Introduction	I have been teaching almost my whole life! I also come from a long line of educators including my amazing, courageous, Great + grandmother who began the first school in Salt Lake City, Utah in the 1800's. She came to America, from Ireland, and she is naturally a great inspiration to me. She began her school from nothing, literally. Through bartering of services though, she built her school from the ground up. My own mother has her Masters' degree in Education administration, and inspired me to become a teacher. Many years ago, I fulfilled my dream of starting my own preschooI, and I feel like the luckiest person in the world because I get to be with the most perfect people ever created everyday. I grew up on California's central coast and learned to surf over a year ago, thanks to the inspiration of my children, and the hours spent in the water by my husband and his helping hands and encouragement. I love him and my 5 beautiful children. I also love to golf and go hiking.
Interests	Teaching, surfing, biking, golfing, hiking, playing the guitar, reading, swimming, traveling, spending time with my family.
Favorite music	70's and 80's heavy metal, hip-hop and classical.
