| Introduction | 40, married, mother of Enzo and Giovanna, Catholic, Brazilian, Journalist, with MBA in Marketing PUC-PR (Pontificia Universidade Católica). I was born in Lages, Santa Catarina, I'm currently living in Tampa, Florida-USA since january 2008. Despite I already had been lived here in 1991 and love this country is at the table that I noticed the biggest cultural difference between Brazil and the United States. Also is at the table that smells and flavors combined bring back so many memories from our homeland, so in a blink of an eye I had to bring from Brazil my pressure pot and to put my hands on, do a feijoada, a pot roast...and much more. It is in the kitchen, I learn that my creativity goes far beyond following a recipe, what I most like to do is change the ingredients, test new combinations, create new flavors and textures. In addition to culinary I love crafts, my other passion. Choose fabrics, combine colors, stitches and techniques. In this blog I want to share with you my creations. I hope you enjoy. Kaka |
