Introduction	OPSEU through its Social Justice Fund is a proud supporter of the work of Horizons of Friendship with partner groups in Central America. This is the fifth year that OPSEU will be participating in an educational tour in Central America. Horizons of Friendship is a community-based international development organization based in rural Southern Ontario with a staff team of seven people. Since 1973 Horizons has raised over $74 million to support more than 100 organizations in Mesoamerica that have implemented 1,150 projects to combat poverty and injustice.
