Introduction I'm a normal mom to three little kids. A wife to a amazing husband. My workouts are my motivation for being a happier, healthier mommy and wife. I eat healthy but don't believe in depriving myself. I love my treats so that means I love my workouts. Maybe one more than the other? :) I am no expert, nor is my body close to perfect. But this is what works for me....I don't post everything I do or everything I eat cuz that would just be boring. I started this blog to motivate myself to become a better eater and to push myself harder. If I help or motivate any of you in the process that would be awesome! Feel free to follow along!
