| Introduction | I'm a middle-aged woman. My blog is about both my experiences of living with chronic illness (M.E./CFS), as well as my general thoughts and ponderings about life. I got M.E./CFS after a severe mononucleosis infection in 2002. Prior to getting ill I was a wilderness instructor/guide. I still have a real passion for the outdoors and nature, despite my inability to maintain the energy for any type of exercise or extended outing. |
