| Introduction | We are a group of concerned parents who's children were until very recently being taught at the Chameleons Montessori School on the Nitida Wine farm outside Durbanville, Cape Town. A growing awareness in the scientific community, worldwide, has alerted us to the very real and present danger prolonged exposure to, even at very low concentrations, agricultural chemicals pose. Frustrated at the our school's apparent inability to impartially asses this growing scientific consensus as to these dangers has lead us to form an association that demands we, as a society, address honestly, the true facts. This blog serves to allow our voices to be heard because we sincerely believe that every parent has the fundamental right to hear all there is to consider when making decisions that may impact on their children's health and lives. |
