Introduction	Former athlete that let himself go too much. Swam competitively from the age of 5 till the age of 22. After over 10 years of doing absolutely nothing (and paying for it in weight gain), got hooked on cycling by a friend at work. Due to my swimming background and my enjoyment of cycling, the next logical thing would be to give triathlons a shot. Completed my first one and looking forward to all future ones! Blogging started as a way to keep track of my progress, post my opinions on equipment I've used, and share training sessions with others.
