| Introduction | A Daughters Tribute, J&S4EVER: Tracy lost her mother, Jeanne Spencer, to Lung Cancer on June 27, 2008 and I lost my mother, Sherrie Gibson, to Ovarian Cancer on September 16, 2000. During the last week of Tracy's mother's life, Tracy's Maid of Honor, Kristin, approached her about participating in the Breast Cancer 3-Day 60-mile walk. Tracy thought of me and the rest is history. We thought the walk would be an amazing way to honor our mother's lives and all they did for us, while making a difference in the fight against cancer! In our mother's memory, Team J&S4EVER was created and we completed our first walk in Washington, D.C. Oct 3-5, 2008. This is only the beginning as we will continue to fight cancer any possible way we can. Our mother’s are no longer with us but their strength and their love will be with us forever and we honor them every step we take. For all you did, for the life you lived! J&S4EVER |
