| Introduction | 37 3/4+ yrs old. Recovering from traumatic brain injury. Still trying to lose 'baby weight' from 12 years ago. Marriage/pre marriage weight - 124. Pre pregnancy weight - 128. Post baby weight - 194 (2 pounds MORE than my admittance weight and delivery of 8lb baby...had toxemia). Current weight - 136. Goal weight - possibly 125. Not sure what FIT and feeling good and a number will look like when combined. |
