| Introduction | This is my political blog for my GOVT 2305 class. After taking the Political Typology quiz I was deemed a "Disaffected." Do I agree with this? Not really. I consider myself pretty independent. I have some views which lean more towards the conservative side and some views which lean more towards the liberal side. I will say that I am not very knowledgeable about politics and the U.S. government, this was evident when I took the civics and current events quizzes. My experience with politics mainly only comes down to me voting in the 2008 elections. I am taking this class honestly because I have to. However, I sincerely hope to gain the knowledge I need to be able to understand what is actually going on in the world of politics and be able to carry on in-depth debates. |
