Introduction I hold a Bachelors' degree in History from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. I will be pursuing a Masters' degree in Military History from Norwich University in the fall. I recently ended my summer job with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation as a Park Interpreter, at the Western Gateway Heritage State Park, and am currently employed by Olympia Sports as a Manager Trainee. I review books both independently and for H-CivWar. My enthrallment with the Civil War began when I was 12, and has only gotten worse as time has gone by. My Great-Great Grandfather, Lewis Erdman, was Chief Bugler of the 5th New York Volunteer Cavalry, and died at Andersonville July 18, 1864. His grave is # 3552.
