| Introduction | The Hartford BID is an organization of taxable property owners in Downtown Hartford and Asylum Hill. These property owners in June '09 overwhelmingly passed a city referendum reauthorizing the BID for a new 5-year term. The BID focuses its efforts on improving public safety, ensuring the streets are clean and marketing businesses, retail and cultural assets of the District. |
