Introduction Currently, I am a student teacher in the process of completing the requirements to attain a teaching certificate in British Columbia. I attend Simon Fraser University. I am a director for both the AtmAsphere Art Society and the Grandview/Woodlands Area Council. In the recent past, I've been a research assistant on many different kinds of social justice projects. I've interviewed sex-trade workers on the Downtown Eastside, worked on projects involving First Nations people who are HIV/HepC+, homeless people, and people struggling with drug and alcohol issues. I've spent my time in Canada working with special needs and at risk youth. I'm also a practicing artist and teach private art lessons when I have the time.
