| Introduction | Lauren and Chelsea are Tangled in the Beltway. They are also art therapists and co-workers, serving adults recovering from mental illness. Lauren Persky is a Certified Zentangle Teacher. She was introduced to Zentangle through one of its founders, Maria Thomas in 2008 and has been a Zentangle devotee ever since. She feels gratitude for the gift of Zentangle and enjoys sharing it with others. She sits next to Chelsea at work and enjoys basking in her creative glow. Lauren lives in Washington DC and can often be found with her tomato plants and her husband on their roofdeck. Chelsea Kennedy is a Zentangle enthusiast. She has been practicing Zentangle in her personal and professional endeavors. Lauren introduced Chelsea to Zentangle at work, as a form of art therapy. Zentangle has been a growing part of her art therapy practice. Chelsea lives in the Alexandria, VA area with her husband and dog. |
