Introduction	After 20 years of working in corporate America in human resources and organizational development capacities, I decided to open a retail store in Minnesota called Awakenings. The specialty gift shop was a woman friendly establishment that addressed sensual issues for women and couples in a non-threatening manner, encouraging open communication and life balance. Through my consultative sales approach, I developed a strong connection with my clients and a reputation of professionalism and knowledgeable insight. In February of 2009, I closed my retail establishment to focus exclusively on my coaching practice. My training has been through the Coach Training Alliance (CTA), The Relationship Coaching Institute (RCI) and The International Coaches Federation (ICF). I am a member of Women in Networking (WIN) and the Minnesota Coaches Association (MCA). I am also an expert with Liveperson.com,and am a featured contributor on eHow.com. Widowed at the young age, a breast cancer survivor, and a single mother I know first hand some of the challenges my clients may endure. I help them to rise above adversity and chart new paths towards life balance, clarity, and peace of mind.
