| Introduction | I'm the daughter half of this team of "mother/daughter authors and psychotherapists". As the authors of our book, Lost My Partner - What'll I Do?, our personal relationship gives us added insight into the experience of loss within a family as well as the special concerns of different generations. In addition to over two decades as a psychotherapist in private practice, I've worked in various medical and psychiatric settings. I've also counseled terminally ill patients and their families and conducted bereavement groups, as well as lectured to other helping professionals. |
