| Introduction | Mom of five (three of my own, two stepsons). Love my life! Love my friends! Even love my job. But love my body right now? Not so much. I used to hover around 130 pounds, but at the start of this blog, I weigh 177! YIKES!!! How'd THAT happen? Well, no matter. It's time to change that! I'm turning 40 in September, so I'm starting a 9 month journey. Last time I did THAT, I ended up with stretch marks and extra flab. THIS time, it'll be just the opposite. |
