| Introduction | My family (the Putts and the Blakes) can trace their Devon roots back hundreds of years to generations of ship chandlers, fishermen and merchant seaman. My aunt, Meg Putt, was Headmistress of a primary school in Brixham. The combination of my Devon heritage and love of the area, and my business experience will help me to fight to retain all the things that are great and wonderful about this area and to ensure that change (where necessary!!) benefits the lives of the people living here while retaining the charm, appeal and beauty of Devon. |
