| Introduction | Omoruyi Uwadiae's academic journey took off at Ohio State University, where he received a full scholarship and pursued a degree in Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, complemented by a minor in Communications. His drive for knowledge led him to further his education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he completed an MBA in marketing, strategy, and economics in just eighteen months, all while maintaining full-time employment at a global CPG portfolio company. Uwadiae started his career as a Category Manager and Growth Analyst at a global CPG company in Seattle, launching 200+ beauty products on Amazon and exceeding sales goals. He later became a Senior Growth Analyst at CVS in Boston, where his analysis helped improve the skincare category's performance. In 2022, Uwadiae took on a new challenge, joining a global management consulting firm in Chicago as a Management Consultant. In this role, he has helped shape and refine business strategies across sectors such as consumer goods, technology, and e-commerce, enabling companies to achieve significant improvements in operational efficiency and market positioning. |
