| Introduction | Hello, I'm Dr. Mohamed Nasir, and my life's work has been dedicated to education for over three decades. I currently have the privilege of serving as the Principal of Irushadhiyya School in Addu City. My career has been a journey through various communities, having led institutions such as Meemu Atoll School, GA Atoll School, GDH Atoll Education Centre, and Maradhoofeydhoo School. This path has given me a deep appreciation for the diverse landscapes of education. To further my own growth, I've had the opportunity to train at wonderful institutions like RIE Bhopal in India and the University of Nottingham. Recently, I completed my doctoral studies at the University of Sains Malaysia. This experience was not just about earning a title; it was a deeply personal exploration into the heart of education, and it has fueled my commitment to innovative leadership and fostering quality learning environments.
