| Introduction | I began my real estate career in 2001 at the age of 23. With a strong real estate pedigree from having grown up in both the building and sales side of residential real estate, as well as the independence and unlimited potential this industry offered, real estate was a natural fit for me. I spent the next 8 years building a very successful career in sales and team growth, before moving into management in 2009. I now spend my time recruiting, training, and coaching sales associates while managing a sales office.
