| Introduction | My name is Steve Connolly and I am a teacher and researcher, with a particular interest in Media Education. I currently teach in a school in South London, as well as being engaged in a wide range of media and film education projects.I am a freelance teacher trainer and writer - having written several articles for a range of publications and lectured on PGCE and Masters courses for trainee and established teachers. In 2008 I was fortunate enough to be asked to contribute to the book "Media Teaching: Language, Audience and Production" edited by Andrew Burn and Cal Durrant. In 2013 I gained my PhD from the Institute of Education, London, the thesis for which can be found on this website. I am available for writing assignments, research projects and leading bespoke training for teachers or students anywhere in the UK.
