| Introduction | I'm an Obama Junkie. I'm an American citizen, love my country and am not afraid to admit when it is wrong. The United States of America I know and am proud of is democratic. It encourages anyone and everyone to voice their opinions, to be heard. I'm not a political expert. I am simply a young woman who has a degree in journalism. I don't believe in framing and sensationalism. I want Senator Barack Obama to be the next President of the United States of America. I believe in him. I believe in his fire and his determination. I can look at this man and know he is a good person, someone who worked for this much harder than many. He is the underdog. He is the epitome of the American dream. He isn't part of the Old Boys network. He doesn't own stock in every Fortune 500 and he hasn't been a Washington player for his entire life. For these reasons, he has my vote. He had a dream and his dream is closer than ever to becoming a reality. Follow my thoughts, feelings, rants and raves as I dissect everything Obama in this heated race for the White House. Know that I am independent..I am neither a Democrat or a Republican. I follow who I feel can lead my country most valiantly. |
