IntroductionDavid Felsen is an Emmy-Award winning producer. Starting in 1996, he worked his way from production assistant to producer on HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel where he received an Emmy for best-edited sports series in 1998. In 2001 National Geographic Channel commissioned David to produce a series of short films. Subjects varied from: blind climbers of Kilimanjaro, Cuban Hip Hoppers on the streets of Havana, to workers at Ground Zero. In 2005 David traveled to Africa to produce a short film for MACEPA, a Gates Foundation-funded malaria prevention and control program in Zambia. In 2007 he produced the Mind of Manson for MSNBC and in 2008-9 he developed and produced episodes of Royal Inquest, a documentary series for Investigation Discovery.
