Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Well... I am not very fashionable, and while I know scarves can be incredibly cute, I am usually running out the door, gathering all last minute necessities as my husband waits (kind of patiently) in the car. But, I do wear scarves... sometimes.
