| Introduction | i have two precious, beautiful daughters, June & Abigail, and i stay home with them. they are opposites, so i never get bored. june is our dreamy little artist, and would choose drawing over food. oh. and she wants to be a mermaid, "like, a for real one". abigail is our tricky, affectionate kid. she loves dinosaurs and yogurt. i married a really good man, who i've discovered is also a really good dad. he's a firefighter and a great cook (just ask the guys at his station), and a youth pastor at our church. i love him as much as i ever could, and i'm thankful every day he is where i'm supposed to be. we live in a small town in Georgia, in a nice little house with our kids and dogs, bella & jeremiah. bella is a beast of a dog. she's an english mastiff and she has my husband's heart. despite the drool. jeremiah is my mop of a dog. he's half irish wolfhound, half old english sheep dog. he is goofy. he makes me laugh. and sometimes he pees on the carpet. i like our life here together. i like wondering what's around the corner for the four of us. and i like trying to get better at living this wonderful life we've been given. |
