I’m intrigued by the possibilities that social media, Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 create for collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing. We’re going through a shift in how we connect and communicate, amplified by the web: where communities can be virtual; conversations can be visible to a global audience; the mass media converges with the individual; our work and personal lives increasingly blend; where we participate together in the online space. How do we work this all out?
