Introduction	I am a happily married mother of 3. My husband and I have been through many trials, from waiting 10 years to have our first child to losing our third when she was only 2 1/2 months old, but the center of many of those struggles has been my weight. After gaining 100 lbs in a year back in 1997 from the depo shot, I have not really lost any of it since then, I am tired of being tired, and I don't want to enter the last half of my 30's with so much extra weight, so now is the time to lose it :)
