| Introduction | ~* Hello *~ I am a huge book enthusiast. Besides spending time with my family, reading and writing are my favorite hobbies. My favorite genre is fantasy- and in particular *faeries*. I have loved reading since I was a little girl; back when I used to devour R.L. Stine books like crazy. *grin* For the past 2 years, my favorite author has been Melissa Marr. I absolutely love how her Wicked Lovely series connects with the true faerie lore. I truly admire the brilliance and plethora of talent that emanates from an authors mind as they create fantasy novels. It takes me away to a fantastical world and puts a smile on my face. I am currently a middle school Language Arts teacher. I have been able to connect with many children through literature in a way that makes me very proud. I am able to share my enthusiasm with my students because we read the same things :) It is my personal goal to motivate all of my students to appreciate literature even if sometimes they may not understand or even like the work. I am so glad that my hobby, my job, and my passion are all in the same place- literature. It makes life grand! |
