| Introduction | My Name is Mike, I am 40 years old from Shreveport,La. I am a survivor of 2 heart attacks and also Battling partial vision, I am blind in my right eye and have tunnel vision in my left eye. I am going to share with you my journey on how to deal witht he struggles of losing weight, living with partial vision. I am here to show you, you can still be successful in anything you do. My dream is to help many people be successful in anything they put their mind too. I decided to live as a survivor instead of a victim. We love to help you achieve the healthy lifestyle we all deserve. I am also an advocate for animal rights and vegetarianism! I have been a vegetarian for awhile now and it is because of that I am healthier then I have been in a long time! I LOVE Music,movies,football,concerts,spending time with friends and family,trying new veggie recipes,spending time with my dog and enjoy working out. |
