Introduction	Neuroradiology represents a body of knowledge that is well defined as the branch of medicine concerned with both diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures related to brain, spine and spinal cord, head and neck in adults and children. This blog has been established in the one mission to preserve the autonomy of the Neuroradiology sciences. We wish to start an open discussion and welcome all colleagues to engage in the future of neuroradiology. All members of the ESNR are free to contribute to the debate.
