Introduction	Welcome to my blog. I created this space as a place for women to share their stories of wisdom, courage and guidance for others. I have worked as a professional actress for 20 years, it has been a great journey. Its what I do, but it's not who I am. As an actress, wife and mother, I looked like I had it all together, but inside I was lost. I feared living. I was afraid to make the wrong choices in life, it prevented me from being who I was designed to be. When fear, anxiety and panic started to run my life, I gave up being happy. It took time to regain my love of life and the love for myself. I am now medication free, living my passion, feeling courageous and being bold. Ignite Your Life was created with a deep desire to live HAPPY. On this blog, I welcome you to share your journey, you are not alone as you reclaim your life.
