| Introduction | I'm a graduate student in an MAT program at USD in San Diego. I live with a law student in graduate housing. It feels a bit odd to be 26 and living in a dorm. I have just completed my student teaching at St. Augustine High School in San Diego, one of the most ideal schools I can think of. I like it so much that I decided to accept a position teaching religion part-time, despite my background as a history teacher. It's great. I love going to yoga classes, hugs, horses, and the sound of gravel crunching under car tires. I also like listening to NPR and Slate podcasts and riding horses. I am looking forward to the day when my boyfriend and I live in the same city and I don't have to drive to L.A. every weekend. |
