| Introduction | Hello, my blog is about our journey through our life. I believe we are blessed to be here in these challenging times and are here to learn and move forward in our own evolution, as well as help and empower others in their journey. This blog is about sharing and finding the positive in all that we experience, talking about how we integrate what we learn spiritually into our daily life and sharing inspirational messages, thoughts and passages to take us through on our journey. I talk from my experience and what I’ve learned and continue to as I go through my life and hope that you will find this a space where you too can do the same. This blog is not based on any one religion, but takes teachings from all enlightened beings who share their knowledge with us. I am 50 years and have had the privilege to live in the Middle East, India and Europe experiencing life and all that it brings ranging from happy and joyful experiences to traumatic and unhappy ones. One thing that I have learnt is that whatever life throws at you, you have to take it, embrace it, love it and then release it. I hope you find something helpful to take with you.
