| Introduction | The mango tree. It blooms and the fruit ripens one piece at a time. Never all at once. And we accept and benefit from harvesting each mango as it is ready to pick or simply falls from the tree on its own. If only the Mango Mindset applied to schools. Yet, we somehow lose sense and expect ourselves and our children to achieve goals or meet expectations by certain dates, ages, times... simply when everyone else does.
