| Introduction | I am a Licensed Mental Health therapist with a husband, a stepson who is 21, a babe of my own who is 6 months, 2 dogs, and lots of wonderful friends and family. I have authored 2 books - The Everything Guide to Stepparenting, with technical review by Irene Levine, PhD, an Anxiety Workbook for Girls (coming out in June) and I am writing my third which should be out in Fall of 2010. My mental health experience is all over the place, but my heart is with the preteens and teenagers. Adolescence is so tough, and I certainly made MANY mistakes during mine, but got through it rather unscathed. |
