Introduction	I'm a thirtysomething newleywed homeowner, dogowner and new mother. What used to define me was my struggle with the fine line between normal bodyweight and the dreaded "obese" which my BMI put me into for about 5 minutes. Now what can define me is my quest for constant balance of all things positive in my life. I'm back to healthy and intend to stay that way so I can focus on the things I just mentioned about myself.
