About me

Introduction	I am a stay-at-home mom to 3 beautiful little girls. My oldest daughter, Ellie, was diagnosed with autism in June 2007. I also have twins, Riley and Kayleigh. I have always been interested in health and nutrition. After researching the gluten and casein free diet and consulting with a DAN doctor, I decided to give gfcf a try. Everyone is amazed at the progress Ellie is making. At the moment my only hobbies are cooking and baking gfcf, and reading everything I can about autism, nutrition, natural health and environmental toxins. I also enjoy hiking, yoga, photography and jewelry making.
