Introduction	A student at San Jose State University, working on a BS in Magazine Journalism, with minors in Graphic Design and Complementary & Alternative Health Practices - I have been Editor of Production for the Spartan Daily, Art Director for Access Magazine, and am currently Art and Production Editor for SHiFT magazine. The dream is to write and design for food and culinary magazines. I figure this is a safe investment in my interests, considering I stuff my face every chance I get. Upon reading this blog and the directing of my career most people have said something along the lines of: "Oh, and you love to eat, so that works." So far, so good?
