Introduction	Bism Allah, after my graduation from U of K 1983, I worked for the MoA Kordofan - Sudan, CARE International in Sudan - Kordofan, Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning - Yemen as UNDP/UNV Attaché, JICA - Yemen, JOFCA - Yemen, GTZ - Cambodia as UNDP/UNV Attaché, OXFAM GB Red Sea State - Sudan, Abu Dhabi Municipality as Extension Engineer - UAE and IRC Bahr el-Ghazal - Southern Sudan. In addition I worked for UNDP/UNV Yemen, United Arab Emirates and Cambodia. I worked very close to AusAid, IFAD and Agrisud in Cambodia. This variegated experience has enhanced greatly my professionalism and has enriched my career to an extent to share with you all these technicalities. I worked hard to add on the building of my family, my clan Al-Badrab and my beloved Al-Sudan much focussed on Commitment, Accountability, Sharing & Learning.
