Introduction	I am going on my 10th year as a "pro" triathlete. I am not your typical "type A" triathlete. I like to sleep more than I like to train. I am passionate about doughnuts and coffee. I put my family before training. I'm at the point in my career where I only race to have fun and see friends. My training will follow the same philosophy.
