Introduction	Andy Gibbins is Senior Vice President (Manufacturing) with International eChem. He has extensive experience in manufacturing within the chemical and process industries. He has successfully managed a wide range of projects including contract negotiations, cost/productivity optimisation studies, union agreements, organisational redesigns, waste reduction programmes, the development/implementation of performance incentive schemes, and site closure projects. In addition, he has advised ‘deal teams’ on technology, manufacturing and process issues. Previously Andy was a Site Manager for NOVA Innovene in the UK and France. Before this, he worked in a variety of technical and manufacturing roles for Shell Chemicals from 1986 – 1999. Andy is a Chemical Engineer, and is a chartered member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers
