| Introduction | I teach Gender Studies at the college level, and have periodically taught online courses since 2000. Currently nearly half of my courses are taught online. I am trying to learn which technologies and teaching practices best allow me to support student learning, and I am particularly interested in utilizing feminist pedagogies in online teaching. In addition to self-directed learning, I am in the process of earning an M.S in Online Learning from California State University East Bay with hopes to complete my degree in 2009. I hope to use this blog to reflect upon what I'm learning about technologies for online teaching, and to share insights from my own teaching experiences. |
