Introduction	My Journal of Creating Handmade Comfort. Born, raised in NC. I recently moved to Oregon and enjoy exploring nature. I have visited 48 U.S. states and 6 countries. I love to make things. I make quilts, jewelry, baskets, hand bags, embroidery, and other awesome crafty stuff. I am super inspired by fabric of all kinds and recycling fabric. Art nouveau is my favorite. I love fall and the colors that leaves produce at that time of year. I have an Akita who is the sweetest dog alive. (She asks for hugs!).
