| Introduction | Archith Seshadri works for CNN international on the news desk in Atlanta, Ga. He's worked as a reporter in Charlotte where he covered President Obama, spent a week in Atlanta covering the Ebola epidemic and traveled to Washington D.C. for National Police Week. He's also anchored/reported in Augusta, Ga and reported/produced in Macon, Ga, and interned at CNN early in his career. Archith graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters in Industrial Engineering and spent 6 years as a consultant at Accenture before switching careers. He's the AAJA (Asian American Journalists Association) president for the Atlanta chapter. A classically trained singer/pianist and a singer-songwriter, his flair for music inspired him to start a music academy called Studio! Music Academy. Archith is trained in Carnatic (Indian classical) and Western classical music. Archith has performed extensively with several bands across the south east and is now working on his own music album. From beauty pageants to fundraisers, he has served as a judge and emceed several events in the community. He's lived in India, German and Australia, and now calls Atlanta home. |
