| Introduction | I am a majoring in: Physical Education, Athletic Training, Kinesiology-sports studies I love to be outdoors (skiing, rockclimbing, hiking, scuba diving, etc) I play tennis, racquet ball, lacrosse, basketball and softball. I enjoy recreational activities and staying fit. I believe that it is important to promote healthy lifestyles in the youth of our society to create a better future overall. As movement practioners, physical educators have a duty to emphasize the importance of physical activity for a healthy life. |
