He has a research bent of mind to invent many things in the field of education. He has experimented many techniques in the field of teaching in social science and became successful. He is the recipient of four national awards such as Gyanadoya Academic Excellance Award 2008 and Dr. Zakir Hussain Great Teacher Award 2011, S. Chand Teaching Excellence Award,2015 and IDA Teaching Award in 2016.
